Collecting your car

When leaving arrivals, go up one level, cross over the foot bridge towards the car park, FLAMENCA CARS staff, wearing a BLUE uniform will meet you next to the ticket machine. Please call us on 0034 661 086 403 once you reach security (if you do not have baggage) or at the baggage reclaim if you have luggage to advise our staff that you have arrived.
This will be their signal to drive your car to the car park. They do this last minute for you to avoid any extra airport parking duties to pay.
If on the very rare occasion they are not waiting for you, they won't be far away, so please wait next to the ticket machine for them.

On return of your car

Please call us on +34 661 086 403 when you are at the fuel station refueling your rental car before your return within 5 kms of the airport. This gives us 10 minutes notice to head up to the car park to ensure our staff in BLUE (FLAMENCA CARS) are waiting for you when you return.

Please follow the signs for the PUBLIC CAR PARK, this is the first car park on your left as you drive down the ramp. As you enter the car park, please go to the barrier on your FAR RIGHT, take a ticket and drive up to LEVEL 5, where you collected your car, our staff wearing a BLUE uniform with FLAMENCA CARS written on it will be waiting to take the car from you, then you can head on into departures.

Please contact 0034 661 086 403 if you are running early or later than your original stated drop of time.

It is the hirers responsibility to return the fuel on a full tank. Failure to do so, you will be charged refuelling cost and an administration fee of 25€.

Please return the car in a reasonable condition or the hirer will be charged for a full valet clean of 50€.

Please remember that you are required to refuel your vehicle within 5 kms of the airport.

Collecting your car

Our staff will be waiting for you next to the ticket machine and they will be wearing blue uniform with Flamenca Cars written on their front and back. Our staff will then show you to your car and talk you through both your car and your rental so please also have your driver’s licence ready for us.

On return of your car

Please remember to return your car at the times you stated on your booking, if you happen to be running late or early please just give us a call and let us know (0034) 603 394 790. As you may incur a €20 fee for retuning at the incorrect time.

As you are refuelling your car before returning, give us a call on the number above so our staff member can prepare for your arrival in the public car park.

You will need to follow the signs for the public car park, once inside the car park you will need to park your car in Zone B. If you are unable to see our staff member please call us on the Murcia telephone number that is located above and on your keyring. While you unload your luggage from the car our staff will check the fuel gauge to ensure the car is returned with a full tank.

After the fuel has been checked you will be able to make your way into the Airport to check-in and make your way into the departures lounge.

Just used Flamenca cars for the first time. I wished we had used them sooner for many previous trips. Very straight forward and transparent as well as easy to collect and return the car. There may appear to be cheaper rental advertised but once you get all the add ons when the car is collected, it makes Flamenca very good value. We have flown to Murcia for our holidays for many years and hirred a car each time. We had mixed results over the years with other suppliers, from total rip with upsales by staff at collection point to being ripped off after our return, with claims for damage that never happened. This company is FANTASTIC having read some of the dreadful reviews of the other companies at Corvera airport I cancelled a booking I had made and trusted the positive reviews that Flamenca cars had. It cost more than the previous booking but my goodness it was worth it. Apart from tyres all insurance is included in the price, no add ons at the airport.
